She understood our situation and our reasoning for placing the house on the market at the price we had chosen and did her best to get as close to the mark as possible. She did not 'puff' up the advertising expenses, letting us choose which way to proceed at a pace that suited us. She communicated with us regularly, letting us know where everything was at every step of the way. She went out of her way in numerous ways to make the transition as seamless as possible for Mum and as easy as possible for us, her assistance was way above any other Real Estate Agent I have ever done business with.
