Sonya sold Mum's house when she with into care. She was gentle and kind to Mum, even visiting her in the home to explain things. She is the most honest Real Estate Agent I have ever met. She understood our situation and our reasoning for placing the house on the market at the price we had chosen and did her best to get as close to the mark as possible. She did not 'puff' up the advertising expenses, letting us choose which way to proceed at a pace that suited us.
